Customer Solutions Specialist

Full-Time | Remote Flexibility

About the Role

We’re looking for a resourceful and customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate our products and services to find solutions that meet their unique needs. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their goals and challenges

Recommend personalized solutions based on product knowledge and client needs

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-through

Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Track recurring questions or concerns and provide feedback for product / service improvement

Support client onboarding and retention by ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement

Compensation

Salary Range : $70,000 – $100,000 per year (base + bonuses)

Employment Type : Full-time

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience with CRM software and customer support tools preferred

Prior experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role

Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (we provide support if needed)
