Digital Designer- UX / UI needs 2-3 years experience

Digital Designer- UX / UI requires :

  • Onsite
  • Finding new methods or tools for research
  • Help create speed and efficiency for UX team
  • Design thinking proficiency
  • Human factors proficiency
  • User journey mapping
  • Usability testing
  • Profiling / archetype generation / psychology
  • Discovery research
  • UX / UI principles
  • Data visualization

Digital Designer- UX / UI duties :

  • Design products with the end-user in mind.
  • Collect data and ideas from the target user.
  • Research brands, culture, products and marketing.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user’s needs.
  • Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence.
  • Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives
  • Define research goals
  • Define workstream plan and timeline
  • Deploy the right research methods
  • Collect data and perform interviews – Synthesize data – Storytelling and influencing with your insights
