Job Description

Manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project flow and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions. Oversee quality control to meet or exceed client expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have : a strong background in commercial construction, including experience managing projects from start to finish; proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications; excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients; knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry; problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success; familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
