Description :

The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles and documenting and scheduling necessary repair work. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and documents necessary body repair work
• Schedules repairs for customers either in person or on the phone
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
• Works with Body Shop Technicians to ensure the repair work is completed
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Serves as the primary point of contact for service and repair matters
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Helps educate / train new staff members
• Performs other duties as assigned
