Salary : Up to $105K; Based on experience
Requirements of the Director of Social Services-Nursing Home :
- Must have a BSW or MSW
- Must have experience as a Director of Social Services in a nursing home setting
- Must have some knowledge and understanding of PDPM
- Must have strong organizational and case management abilities
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
