Overview
The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First DCA Region is seeking a full-time attorney in our Jacksonville, FL office who will be responsible for a criminal case load in Duval County.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various types of court hearings, including jury trials, non-jury trials, motion practice, and related legal work.
- Conduct client and witness interviews, prepare witnesses for trial, perform legal research, draft legal documents and filings, and provide ongoing assessment of the merits of a case.
