Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage financial tasks across multiple construction projects. This role involves processing invoices, managing job costs, coordinating with vendors and banks, and supporting budget and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and monthly draws.
- Track and reconcile job costs and draw reports.
- Assist with budgets, cost estimates, and variance tracking.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain communication with partners.
