The Paint Line General Team Lead - 2nd Shift will be responsible for overseeing the paint line operations, including coordinating with team members to ensure production goals are met, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The Team Lead will also be responsible for training new team members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating maintenance
