Strategic Account Manager – Blockchain Infrastructure
About the Role
Join a team of blockchain, cryptography, and infrastructure experts building the backbone of wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Strategic Account Manager to lead post-close success across North South America.
Reporting to the Head of Americas, you’ll manage and grow relationships with institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native firms—guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. This role blends commercial acumen with technical fluency, navigating environments that span APIs, cloud deployments, legacy systems, and regulatory frameworks. Your mission : drive retention, deepen engagement, and unlock upsell opportunities through world-class relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of active accounts across the Americas
Lead onboarding, enablement, business reviews, and ongoing support
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across product, compliance, and leadership
Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations
Develop tailored success plans and adoption strategies
Act as the internal voice of the customer, aligning with product priorities
Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and client meetings
What You’ll Bring
6+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales in enterprise SaaS
Proven success growing large accounts via upsell, cross-sell, and relationship development
Comfort with technical products and regulated customer workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple accounts
Experience in contract negotiation, renewals, and net revenue retention
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Experience with banks, payment services, or digital asset infrastructure is a bonus
Compensation Benefits
Salary : $80,000–140,000 per year
Bonus : Performance-based, year-end bonus
Equity : 50–150 stock options vested over 4 years
