job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProject Planning and Strategy : Develop project strategies, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and success criteria. Lead and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Oversee subcontractor selection and coordination, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Create and manage project budgets, continuously monitoring and controlling project costs. Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and effectively manage change orders. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project). Monitor project progress, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions. Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Document and resolve quality-related issues. Identify project risks, develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors. Take proactive measures to address and mitigate potential issues. Serve as the primary client interface, managing client expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Address client inquiries, issues, and change requests effectively. Prepare and distribute comprehensive project status reports, performance metrics, and progress updates to stakeholders. Lead project meetings and present status to senior management. Review project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Collaborate with legal teams to manage contractual aspects and resolve disputes. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. 4-6 years of experience in electrical project management of industrial / heavy commercial construction projects. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities. In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and safety standards.
