job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLocated in Lake Havasu City Joint Commission Accredited 171 beds Community hospital and regional referral center Certified Chest Pain Center Level Trauma 3 Havasu, AZ Outdoor recreation central Beautiful mountain ranges paired with serene lake scenery Close to major cities such as Las Vegas- 2.5 hours drive Phoenix- 3.25 hours drive Grand Canyon National Park- 3.5 hours Los Angeles or San Diego, CA- 5 hours Facility Department / Cost Center : CATH LAB / 746 Role : RN Specialty : Cath Lab Number of Openings : 1 Shift : 6a -2p Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekend Hours : Call on weekends one to two a month Call Requirements : min 10-12 shifts a month Years of Experience : 1 -2 Float Requirements : may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility Must Have Skills / Experience : Cardiac Cath Lab, IR, Impella, IABP, PCI, atherectomy Dress Code : The unit will provide scrubs Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, State RN License Shift : 6a -2p Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekend Hours : Call on weekends one to two a month Call Requirements : min 10-12 shifts a month Facility Department / Cost Center : CATH LAB / 746 Specialty : Cath Lab Must Have Skills / Experience : Cardiac Cath Lab, IR, Impella, IABP, PCI, atherectomy
