About the Role
Lemberg Electric is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Service Department. In this role, you'll be the go-to person supporting our Service Managers and Field Electricians by coordinating daily schedules, dispatching service calls, tracking job progress, and ensuring our customers receive top-quality service.
You'll play a key part in keeping our fast-paced department running smoothly - helping manage time, materials, and communication between customers and crews. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and making sure everything runs like clockwork, this is the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate schedules, jobs, and labor for Service Managers and Field Electricians.
- Keep the dispatch board updated and manage daily service calls.
- Communicate with customers to schedule jobs and ensure satisfaction after completion.
- Process job billings, change orders, permits, and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain permits, insurance certificates, bonding applications, and lien waivers.
- Support purchasing, material orders, and returns.
- Review and submit timecards, assist with IR scan reports, and enter customer data in BuildOps and Spectrum.
- Collaborate with the Senior Service Manager to resolve scheduling, billing, and customer issues.
- Answer incoming department calls and assist with general administrative support as needed.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED.3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Solid math and basic accounting knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.Preferred Qualifications :
Associate degree in Business, Project Management, or Accounting.Experience in construction or the electrical industry.Knowledge of OSHA requirements and insurance / bonding documents.Experience using accounting software (Spectrum preferred).5+ years of administrative experience.Why You'll Love Working Here
