Requirements – Litigation Attorney

Licensed by The Florida Bar, in good standing.

Court, hearings, and mediation experience.

Trial experience a plus.

Exceptional writing skills.

Client service abilities.

5+ years of Florida litigation experience.

The ability to delegate to paralegals.

Accurate and timely billing, time management, and attention to other administrative matters.
