Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong hunting mindset and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. The Employee Benefits Producer will focus on generating new business opportunities, cross-selling services, and managing accounts.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary : Starting at approximately $150,000

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the employee benefits space.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on cross-selling medical, dental, vision, supplemental, life, and disability insurance products.Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-to-large group accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and account management.Use agency management software and other sales tools to track and manage activities.Stay informed on industry trends, including self-funding, level-funding, captives, and consortiums, to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.Qualifications / Requirements
Experience : Proven track record in sales with a strong hunting mindset. Experience with self-funding, level-funding, and managing group accounts is highly preferred.Licenses / Designations : Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
