Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting Amazon packages safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a valid driver's license. You will also utilize your premium skills in customer service and warehouse experience to ensure a smooth delivery process. Additionally, relevant skills such as moving, loading and unloading, and familiarity with commercial vehicles will enhance your performance. Qualifications

Requirements
Arrive at 09 : 15am
Load delivery vehicle every morning (300+ packages)
Utilize GPS on company provided smartphone to navigate to make each delivery a success
Drive the company vehicle safely, provide great customer service
Deliver all packages to our customers (businesses and residential customers)
(Other work things and stuff!)
Be at least 21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver's license (moving violations in the last 3 years cannot be forgiven)
Pass both a background check and a drug test
Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!)
Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
Must be available to work weekends and all scheduled days

Additional Information

Benefits

Base pay is $20.50 per hour / Make even more $$$ after bonuses & over time

Bonus pay

Overtime starts at $time and half – all work that is over 40hrs / week turns into overtime pay

Free Work Shoes Program - $125.00 credit for new kicks!

Route Rescue Incentive - $1.00 for each package that you rescued from another driver ($20+ / day)

Consistent work that is about 9-10 hrs. / day

Bi-Weekly pay via Direct Deposit – no more bank runs

10 days Paid Training – 2 days in class and 8 days in training routes

Full and Part-Time, and Temporary opportunities available

Company Holidays include 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day giving you the time to spend with your family and loved ones

Paid Time Off – Full time drivers get 2 weeks+ of PTO each year (PTO hours are based on hours worked)
