WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you'll be the bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. You'll communicate with customers, schedule appointments, and ensure our plumbing experts arrive on time, every time. With exceptional multitasking skills, you'll keep the workflow flowing smoothly while maintaining records and updating job progress for seamless operations!

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone that can work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch in between. If this schedule works for you and you can meet the requirements below, we need you on our dispatch team!

Having at least 3 years of dispatch experience is a plus!
