Pay Info : $5,000 Sign On Bonus Available

Work hours are from 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in long-term care settings. You will deliver personalized nursing care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes :

• Delivering age-appropriate care to meet the physical and psychological needs of each resident.
• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Getting and recording vital signs and providing emotional support.
• Assisting with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment.
• Contributing to social and wellness programs and encouraging resident participation.

Utilizing your skills, you will also support food preparation and dining experiences for residents, and help maintain a clean and operational living environment. Effective communication will be crucial as you document care interactions and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who :

Continuous education is essential, so you’ll be required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education annually. This role may require a valid driver's license for driving responsibilities based on facility needs.
