Receptionist / Registration Coordinator

Summit Ambulatory Surgical Center - Annapolis is hiring a Float Front Desk Receptionist / Registration Coordinator.

The Float Front Desk / Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics / information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications :

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Pay Range : Min : $20 to Max : $25 (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.)
