Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Job Summary :

The Administrative Assistant provides support to the team by managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling daily office functions, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and supporting team projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

Communication Management : Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Scheduling and Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Documentation and Filing : Maintain digital and physical filing systems; assist in document preparation, review, and distribution.

Office Coordination : Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Data Entry and Reporting : Input data, prepare reports, and track office metrics as needed.

Event and Meeting Support : Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and provide follow-up on action items.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
