Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep

Join Premier Plumbers in Sarasota, FL as a Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep. We are looking for a dispatcher who has experience in Service Titan. We are expanding into Ft Myers and need to grow the call center here in Sarasota. If you have worked as a dispatcher for a plumbing company, AC company, Electrical company, etc. We would like to speak with you.

Our Plumbing Dispatchers - Customer Service Reps enjoy a stable Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM with a one-hour lunch in between. QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2+ years of dispatching experience
• Service Titan experience
• Good communication and strong typing skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Having at least 3 years of dispatch experience is a plus!
