We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $25,000 to $40,000 per year, with opportunities for commission. Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Assist with onboarding clients to have good expectations and know how to use our services.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
