Compliance Specialist
Pay Range : $28.00 / hr.– $ 30.00 / hr .

What You’ll Do
Conduct on-site reviews and audits of agency programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare clear, actionable reports highlighting findings and recommending solutions.
Develop and refine monitoring tools and performance systems.
Analyze program data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
Collaborate on training materials and support ongoing staff development.
Maintain organized electronic and paper records for compliance and audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For
Compliance Experience : Minimum 3 years monitoring federally, state, or locally funded programs is required.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social / Behavioral Sciences, or a related field is required.
Excel Superstar : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the full Office 365 suite are a must.
Analytical Mindset : Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization.
Team Player : Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
