The Patriot Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will support Patriot Product Line (PPL) Quality team on the Patriot Radar at our Andover, MA location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; interfacing with the Factory to guide Production issue resolution, Continuous improvement, and Cost Savings initiatives. This Individual should have a quality mindset, proficient communication skills and ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple functions to aid the Patriot Radar IPT. The successful candidate will proactively engage with the product line and work in partnership with Product Leadership, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Execution, Operations, Deployed Teams and the Quality team. This role will work to ensure the effective implementation of Quality and Mission Assurance requirements of the programs, and occasionally interface with U.S. Government Customers, Foreign Customers, and Suppliers. In this role they will support proactive and reactive engagements across our factories and suppliers that support the Global Patriot portfolio, implement quality processes to reduce overall product lifecycle cost and risk.
This is an on-site position in Andover, Massachusetts.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
