Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high-power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV). We are now operating Polaris, our next prototype on the path to the world\'s first fusion power plant.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be the Construction Project Manager , supporting end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects across Helion\'s sites. You\'ll manage budgets, schedules, internal crew task planning and contractors while ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will balance day-to-day details with big-picture milestones, coordinating across engineering, production, EHS, and facilities to keep projects moving at the speed our mission demands. You will report directly to the Facilities Construction Manager, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.

You Will

• Support Facilities leadership in managing the full lifecycle of construction projects—from scope and design through commissioning and handoff
• Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, safety, and permitting requirements
• Build and maintain project schedules; escalate risks and blockers quickly
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, cost, and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including permits, drawings, and compliance records
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to align scope, design, and execution
• Uphold safety, environmental health, and compliance standards
• Act with urgency to resolve roadblocks and maintain project momentum

Total Compensation and Benefits

Helion\'s compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.

This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 USD
