IAM SME / Tech PM

Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Tech PM on Identity & Access Management (IAM) planning and implementation engagements supporting key clients. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience (7+ years) in implementing, configuring, and deploying global IAM programs and related projects, including client training in an agile, continuous delivery environment. Key responsibilities include :

• IAM business processes, requirements definition, and control-based process implementation and recommendations
• End-to-end access (re)certification with validation of completeness and accuracy
• Managing oversight of IAM processes and controls with third-party providers
• Understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, security, and IT controls standards
• Developing and implementing IT security solutions based on architecture, designs, and business requirements across multiple technologies and geographies
• Engineering and designing IAM platforms, solutions, and services
• Integrating applications and services with IAM solutions
• Hands-on experience with multiple IAM platforms
• Knowledge of web technologies such as XML, SPML / SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
• Database experience with MSSQL and MySQL
• Experience with IAM protocols, directory structures (LDAP, AD), and Federation protocols (SAML / OIDC)
• Working with various management levels and across business functions
