Overview : The Histology Supervisor makes sure the histology lab runs smoothly while also meeting high-quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee Lab Work – Handle tissue processing, cutting, staining, and making slides for research and diagnosis.
• Lead & Train the Team – Get new employees up to speed and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing.
• Improve Processes – Update workflows, troubleshoot problems, and ensure top-notch quality.
• Ensure Compliance – Follow all safety and industry regulations (CAP, CLIA, etc.).
• Keep Things Organized – Manage specimens, maintain records, and properly handle hazardous materials.
