Idaho Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the Loan Officer in ensuring timely loan closings and maintaining communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Request disclosures and calculate income for loan viability

Collect and review client documentation, and submit loan documentation to processing

Order appraisals and manage escrow processes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry

Must have NMLS or be willing to obtain it immediately

Strong knowledge of mortgage industry and terminology

Experience with Byte and other LOS software preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
