Product Experience (PX) Team
We are a diverse group of creative people who love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We are looking for an inquisitive, curious, and talented Product Designer to join our team. Your work will impact and influence the user experience of a product used by millions of people daily. On the Cloudflare One team, you will work closely with other designers, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is not a managerial role with direct reports; we expect Product Designers to lead by example and coach the team into doing their best work. What You’ll Do
Demonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end experiences.
Distill complex problems into approachable steps through research, sketching, and sharing ideas with your cross-functional team.
Create low and high fidelity user interface designs and prototypes using Figma.
Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to work through technical tradeoffs that affect product roadmaps.
Collaborate with other designers to align on patterns, product vision, and design goals.
Collaborate across multiple product areas to clarify and improve user experience.
Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams.
Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture.
Mentor other designers and share your craft to grow the team’s impact.
Share design decisions across the organization to drive impact.
Qualifications
3-7 years of product design experience, ideally designing technical tools for business.
Ability to grasp technical domains (e.g., network services) and translate them into clear, intuitive experiences.
Advocacy for user-centered design and the voice of customers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
