Job Title : Structural Engineer (All Levels - Junior, Mid, & Senior)

We are expanding our team and have multiple openings for talented Structural Engineers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels.

What You'll Do

As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the analysis and design of structural components for telecommunication projects. Your specific responsibilities will scale with your experience.

Core responsibilities for all levels include :

  • Performing structural analysis and design for telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, water tanks, and rooftop installations.
  • Preparing structural calculations, technical reports, and letters.
  • Developing and / or reviewing construction drawings, details, and specifications.
  • Utilizing structural design software such as RISA 3D, Open Tower, tnxTower, OCALC, and AutoCAD.
  • Ensuring all designs strictly adhere to local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conducting or assisting with site visits and structural investigations to gather data and evaluate construction progress.

Additional responsibilities for Mid and Senior levels may include :

  • Independently preparing structural calculations for complex mount and structure types.
  • Implementing and managing QA / QC processes; completing technical reviews of work completed by others.
  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
  • (Senior Level) Leading the complete project lifecycle, including defining scope, schedule, and budget.
  • (Senior Level) Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing project financials, and identifying out-of-scope tasks.
  • (Senior Level) Leading, mentoring, and training a team of engineers, designers, and project managers.

    • Who We're Looking For

    We are seeking candidates who are passionate about structural engineering and eager to grow. The qualifications below outline the ideal skills for each level.

    Minimum Qualifications for All Levels :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.

    • Junior Structural Engineer

  • Experience : 0-3 years of experience in structural design.
  • Certification : Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly preferred.
  • Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD and a foundational understanding of structural analysis principles. Familiarity with RISA 3D or other analysis software is a plus. Must be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

    • Structural Engineer (Mid-Level)

  • Experience : 3-7 years of progressive experience in structural design, preferably in telecom.
  • Certification : Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred, or the ability to obtain it.
  • Skills : Proven ability to independently prepare structural calculations and reports. High proficiency with RISA 3D, tnxTower, and AutoCAD. Experience coordinating with project teams and reviewing the work of junior staff.

    • Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager

  • Experience : 7+ years of experience in structural design, with a strong background in telecommunications.
  • Certification : Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. A PMP certification is a plus.
  • Leadership : Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role (e.g., managing projects, training junior staff, or leading a team).
  • Skills : Expert-level technical skills in complex structural analysis. Demonstrated experience in project management, including client communication and financial oversight. Ability to develop engineering standards, templates, and training plans.
