A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation to lead and manage implementation projects while mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers while managing customer implementations

Build detailed project plans and manage technically complex implementations, ensuring successful delivery

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, advocating for their needs and improving processes

Qualifications

8+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably in healthcare

3+ years in a leadership role managing implementation teams

Experience managing enterprise-level projects with a successful delivery track record

Strong technical acumen with understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflows

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficiency in project management tools
