Inventory Control Specialist – On-Site, 1st Shift (Indianapolis, IN)
Job Summary :
Our client, a manufacturing company in Indianapolis, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy initiatives. This is an on-site, hands-on role requiring precise measurement and recording of parts, from small fasteners to large panels, and accurate data entry in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measure and weigh all inventory parts to 1 / 16" accuracy.
- Record and maintain data across multiple Excel spreadsheets.
- Use formulas including SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP to validate and organize inventory data.
- Audit inventory counts and confirm accuracy.
- Track daily part activity and summarize performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management.
