Product Owner For DocuSign Esignature Platform

Serve as the product owner guiding the enterprise-wide implementation and ongoing success of DocuSign's eSignature platform. Lead the eSignature delivery and support team, driving seamless, secure, and scalable digital signature solutions with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and transformative workflow improvements.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is passionate about building strong teams, streamlining digital workflows, and delivering transformative solutions for clients. You will be at the heart of our digital transformation, with visibility and influence across business, technology, and operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for design, deployment, and support of DocuSign solutions.
• Overseeing the delivery of eSignature implementations, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Overseeing the delivery of related solutions, including web forms, remote online notary, and electronic vaulting.
• Acting as a bridge between client needs, technical development, and business objectives to maximize value and drive adoption / usage.
• Delivering responsive, expert-level support for clients and associates, proactively identifying and resolving issues and optimizing user experiences.
• Optimizing delivery and support processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with product, technology, business, compliance, and legal teams to align DocuSign solutions with changing regulatory, risk, and security requirements.
• Monitoring KPIs and client feedback to measure success, identify trends, and promote continuous improvement.
• Developing and showcasing compelling demos and use cases to drive excitement and adoption across lines of business.
• Staying current on digital signature trends, standards, and competitive landscape, and advocating for the adoption of new technologies where appropriate for the organization.
