Maintenance Planner at Reily Foods Company

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Parts Coordinator to order / replenish parts needed
• Take maintenance requests from employees, vendors and contractors and creates work orders
• Assists team in the procurement for facility in charge of issuing POs, managing invoicing, and maintaining budgets
• Assesses requests and schedules preventative / regular maintenance, expediting emergency repairs
• Manage issuance of tools and parts out of maintenance shop / tool room
• Ensures that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements
• Serves as the Subject matter expert for the Maintenance Management System
• Pulls reports weekly from maintenance software informing Maintenance Manager of any issues
• Follows all safety procedures and actively participates in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives
• Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident, or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately
• Supports and complies with GMPs; understands and follows emergency action plan
• Supports food safety, quality, and legality
• Ensures the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned
