We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing policies, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building a strong safety culture. The position is remote with regular travel to plant locations.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of EH&S programs in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with all corporate, city, county, state, and federal EH&S requirements.
Design and manage training systems across manufacturing plants to ensure workforce safety and regulatory compliance.
Oversee product stewardship responsibilities, including :
Securing regulatory declarations (TSCA, RoHS, etc.) for raw materials.
Developing and maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Preparing Article Information Sheets for products.
Collaborate with site leaders to identify and implement EH&S improvements.
Act as subject matter expert on compliance issues, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
Lead investigations and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) to prevent reoccurrence of safety or environmental incidents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and how they apply across facilities.
Familiarity with air permitting, stormwater management, Process Safety Management (PSM), and hazardous waste handling.
Strong ability to interpret and apply complex EHS standards, regulations, and technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy and report writing and presentation delivery.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence at all organizational levels
