Senior Content Writer – Entegra (Sodexo)

Entegra, a division of Sodexo, is hiring a Senior Content Writer for our Digital Content Team. This remote role supports North America across B2B domains such as Senior Living, Lodging, Restaurant, Golf, and Education.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, quality and complies with accessibility and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance content with visual elements and collaborate with design team.
  • Research target audiences to support creative messaging and stay current on business challenges and competitor strategies.
  • Conduct SEO research and apply SEO strategy to content creation.
  • Participate in ideation using customer insights, audience and campaign analytics.
  • Convert information from sources into engaging, audience-tailored content.
  • Apply Entegra brand and initiatives to create compelling content.
  • Balance client desires, business requirements and sales strategies, finding common ground in creative or strategic discussions.

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related field.
  • Minimum three years professional experience developing marketing and sales content driving awareness and generating leads.
  • Experience creating B2B content and applying content strategy, channel strategy, and demand funnel.
  • Strong written communication skills, brand voice, audience focus, and consistent quality.
  • Proficient in SEO strategy and application to content development.
  • Experience with web publishing, content marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Self-manage work, prioritize and adapt quickly to produce high-quality digital content.
