• Responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during their shifts and ensuring quality patient care is delivered by monitoring resident conditions\n
• Delegating tasks and managing any emergencies that may arise\n
• Adhere to facility policies and regulations\n
• Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities to provide effective supervision on a flexible schedule\n\nQualifications : \n
• RN License in good standing for the State of Michigan\n
• BLS and ACLS required\n
