Work persistently to overcome obstacles, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in and resolve challenges, fostering a collaborative environment. Coordinate with accounting and auditing teams to align project objectives with compliance standards. Maintain flexibility in managing projects across infrastructure, security, and compliance domains. Deliver regular updates and reports to leadership, highlighting progress and addressing any risks or issues. Proven experience in project management within cybersecurity, compliance, or audit-focused environments. Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and IT audit processes. Ability to work in unstructured environments and implement processes where none exist. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and persistent approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, with the flexibility to adapt to different project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Background in remediation and audit resolution, with a focus on driving results. Experience working with accounting firms or auditing teams is preferred but not required.
