About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a client-facing environment, and brings an elevated approach to service. You'll work closely with our stylists and clients to create exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized styling and client service with the highest level of professionalism
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive loyalty and growth
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain overall store presentation
  • Assist with inventory management and daily store operations to ensure efficiency
  • Provide support for in-store events and trunk shows, enhancing the client experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related client-facing role
  • Naturally outgoing, empathetic, and able to connect with diverse clients
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills, ensuring a seamless client journey
  • Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
  • Passionate about elevated, refined fashion and styling
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends
