Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager :

Seeking a strategic financial leader to support the CFO with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing financial projections, modeling simulations, and pro-forma budgets. The role involves managing the budgeting process, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop financial models and budget projections.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to meet financial needs.
  • Qualifications of the Director of Financial Planning & Reporting :

  • Worked with $100+ Million budgets, preferably in the NFP industry
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Supervisory Experience
