Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business / Data Analyst with proven expertise (7+ years minimum) in workforce capacity analytics to support a large-scale organizational transformation. The role requires advanced modeling capability, strategic insight, and the ability to communicate findings to executives and cross-functional partners.
Qualified candidates must have the below experience :
- Analytical Modeling
- Mastery of workforce planning techniques, including quantitative analysis, forecasting, and scenario design.
- Hands-on experience with advanced Excel functionality, scripting languages (Python / R), and enterprise workforce tools (e.g., Workday or equivalent).
- Strategic Scenario Planning
- Skilled in designing simulations to evaluate potential organizational outcomes such as scaling, restructuring, or the introduction of new programs.
- Data Integration & Preparation
- Demonstrated ability to collect, cleanse, and merge data from diverse HR and operational platforms into actionable models.
- Project Leadership
- Capable of directing end-to-end modeling initiatives, prioritizing deliverables, and producing timely, high-quality insights for decision-making.
- Executive Communication
- Strong record of simplifying complex analysis into concise recommendations.
- Adept at engaging with leaders to capture requirements and explain findings to audiences without technical backgrounds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Experienced in partnering with HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure models reflect real-world business conditions.
- Commercial Insight
- Broad knowledge of enterprise operations and organizational structures, with the ability to align workforce strategies to business goals.
- Ability to recognize and analyze external and internal drivers that influence workforce supply and demand.
