Administrative Manager
The Chatham County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide administrative assistance and office support for all aspects of the program.
Serve as the office receptionist, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
Prepare weekly paperwork, intake paperwork, new hire paperwork, and manage payroll processing.
Maintain confidential participant and personnel records.
Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, keeping a professional manner with staff, participants, families, and service providers.
