Transition Consultant
Location(s) : Remote
Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type : Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary : $51,750 - $69,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary :
The Transition Consultant is responsible for helping manage all aspects of a new Financial Professional's transition to Osaic. This person will work closely with the Business Development team and other key areas to build strong relationships with new Financial Professionals, present the value proposition of our transition process, and communicate regularly regarding the status
of current transitions.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities :
Prepares and executes transition plans for new Financial Professionals including guidance on Osaic resources and tools.
Manages regular touchpoints with transitioning Financial Professional to instill confidence in the onboarding process and ensure excellent communication occurs.
Must be able to build effective and strong business relationships with internal departments, financial professionals and external service providers.
Primary objective is to expedite the transfer of the FP's book of business.
Support any mix shift opportunities.
Closely monitors the asset transfers for the financial professionals by providing hands-on support and monitoring / resolving any NIGOs.
Acts as an advocate for the transitioning Financial Professionals with any other areas across the organization to push for resolution, escalation of issues, and responsiveness to any questions.
Exercise strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Basic Requirements :
Superior customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work well cross-departmentally to ensure client expectations are met.
Experience and comfort with a high-volume setting with competing demands, multiple.priorities and fast-paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to organize, prioritize and re-prioritize, adapt in a changing environment and.handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
Preferred Requirements :
2-3 years of Financial Services Industry experience preferably in client facing role in broker-dealer or wealth management space.
Knowledge of the securities industry and retirement plan industry.
Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24 / 26 licenses.
Experience in a client service or relationship management role.
