Information Technology Manager

Position Summary :

As a member of the Firm's Operations Management Team, the IT Manager will direct and oversee the firm's technology infrastructure, innovation initiatives, and strategy implementation, with a strong focus on upgrading practice technologies, integrating artificial intelligence tools to enhance legal operations, client service, and internal efficiencies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the legal industry's unique needs.

This is a full-time, exempt role with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote), based in the Chicago office. The role will include some travel to other NFTMS offices, including Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.

Key Initiatives :

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of an IT & AI Strategy and 3-year Road Map aligned with the Firm's business Strategy and Strategic Plans.
• Work with newly formed IT & AI Committee to shape oversight and governance of IT & AI environment.
• Oversee an outsourced managed services IT and cybersecurity program including ongoing management of managed services vendor(s) / contractor(s).
