Responsibilities

• Work directly with children in a 1 : 1 clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collect data, track progress, and help adjust behavior intervention plans
• Encourage skill development in areas like communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior
• Foster a positive, engaging environment to promote success and learning
