Job Title : Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

The Electrician is responsible for supporting the electrical projects that impact our facilities, as well as providing machine maintenance that involves electrical adjustments. This is a second shift role that will pay between $30 and $40 an hour. We are looking for a licensed journeyman for this position that has familiarity working in a manufacturing / facilities setting.

Position Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all employees.
• Provide support on scheduled electrical projects and daily work to achieve maintenance goals.
• Recommend improvements to equipment and processes as necessary.
• Monitor equipment usage and make recommendations to reduce spending.
• Develop and maintain an expectation of quality as an essential element of project success.
• Evaluate and compare various control and power alternatives and help Maintenance Supervisor to select the best solution using technical, economic, reliability, and maintainability criteria.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is based in a manufacturing company and involves working the 2nd shift. The role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to work collaboratively in an industrial setting.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00 / yr.
