Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all commercial roles
Source and engage top talent across finance, fintech, banking, and clean energy markets
Required Qualifications
10+ years of commercial / GTM recruiting experience, particularly in finance, fintech, banking, or clean energy
Proven ability to hire top talent in high-growth startup environments
Experience hiring across investment banking, debt capital markets, or tax equity in clean energy or manufacturing
Strong expertise in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruiting practices leveraging AI and data
