Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Edmond clinic. This position offers flexible hours, with a weekly schedule of 30-40 hours . The ideal candidate will have the availability to work until 6 : 00 or 7 : 00 PM on select days to meet patient needs.
As a PTA, you will work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to provide exceptional care and help patients achieve their functional goals. Your role will be instrumental in delivering hands-on therapy, promoting patient engagement, and supporting a positive clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques.Educate patients on therapeutic activities, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.Document patient progress, treatment plans, and updates in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that equipment is used safely and effectively.Qualifications :
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as needed.Passion for helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.Why Join 360 Physical Therapy?
