Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager

We are a fast-growing staffing and workforce solutions company seeking a Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and company bookkeeping. This role is on-site in Celina, Texas and requires regular office presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing for temporary and permanent employees across multiple worksites
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping : accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll, tax, and labor regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records, timecards, and billing reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Process payroll adjustments, garnishments, benefits, and deductions
• 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll management experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll software (e.g., isolved, ADP, Paychex, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, payroll compliance, and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Celina, TX on a regular basis
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
