Compensation : $26 - $48 hourly

Responsibilities :

Your day-to-day might include :

• Reviewing daily time entries to make sure they’re accurate, timely, and client-ready
• Contacting attorneys and staff to clean up unclear or incorrect time records
• Generating and sending invoices to clients (and following up when needed)
• Managing retainers and trust accounts
• Processing payments and keeping accounts receivable under control
• Working with clients on payment plans and billing questions
• Tracking metrics, compiling reports, and helping the firm stay financially healthy
• Spot gaps in our processes? Help us fix them! You’ll play a role in improving policies and procedures so our billing system stays sharp and efficient
