Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all support systems and agricultural box forming equipment both in the plant and at remote locations. You will facilitate and / or participate in equipment relocations, improvements, retrofits, and overhauls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain any and all support systems and agricultural box forming equipment.
• Facilitate and / or participate in equipment relocations, improvements, retrofits, and overhauls.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using hand tools, power tools, a smartphone, and a tablet PC.
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines while working independently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their concerns.
• Travel up to 25% overnight and up to 80% during the day to various locations.

Work Environment

The position is based in a corrugated box facility, requiring the ability to move around equipment at client sites as needed. The role involves using various tools and requires flexibility in shifts and travel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Visalia, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
